Time Out on Here?

Okay, I have a question for everyone. It might be a dumb one but I'm not to good with pc's anymore (not like I use to be) but why am I having alot of "time outs" on the board here for?   

I just had one this morning, and afew yesterday also.. mater of fact I been having alot of them all week long to be honest. Why is that?

I was about to ask you if it seemed like it was confined to a single PC or just at home... but then it took me 4 trys to get the reply to go through. I was able to load my gmail acct during all of the "timeouts" that I had too. Though I should note that this particular session had been sitting all day when I refreshed the off topic page clicked into your discussion just fine... then reply just died. I had to go to Charger discussion and back through off topic into here to get the reply to work.
