anyone have any experience with them?  I won an ebay auction for wheel well trim on Nov.17th.  I paid instantly with paypal and so far seem to be getting a run around.  They told me by email on Dec.1 that they had "anodizing" issues and would ship early the next week.  Now I cannot get a reply from them via email as to the status.

any thoughts? 

by the way the full amount was charged to my credit card right away... of course

It took me months to get my rocker moulding from them years ago. Once I finally received them I didn't get the new clips to install them. I had to reorder those they were not included which took another week or two. Seems like they haven't changed much.

shame on you for thinking that prompt payment means prompt shipping on ebay..... :rotz:

and don't hold your breath for prompt feedback either.  They have to hold you hostage first, this way when they F you, you will think twice about posting neg feedback.

Oh I dont have a problem with un-prompt shipping.  my problem is that the auction in which I bid made no mention that the pieces were not actually ready to ship.  after I complained the next 2 auctions for the same pieces had a disclaimer that they would be ready soon to ship.  They did finally answer my email today and said it shipped today.  Ill keep my fingers croseed...

Also, there is a difference between prompt shipping and almost one month later...

I can't speak to their shipping but I will add that I have bought stuff from them at a swap meet and I have no complaints about the quality of the actual parts that I got.

The guy who sells Metro moldings on E-bay does not work for Metro Parts Company. He buys the moldings from Metro.
Call Metro and see when the molding will be ready. 912-383-0172

no the seller on this one was metroparts

im fairly sure it was the factory direct.

its supposed to be on its way now... no harm i guess

one tends to get nervous I think when you spend $300 and dont know anything a month later...
