Saw this car today and just had to take picture. Ford didn't make it that way. Saw it from a distance pull out in to traffic. Had to get a little closer to see what it was. You can see the cut marks where the top used to be. At a stop light I yelled over to the guy "you did that yourself did'nt you", he replied "yep". Now thats American!

I believe a four door (Fordoor) convertible is called a "Phaeton" if I'm not mistaken.
I wonder if he put in any reinforcements to compensate for the lack of roof structure?
