Hi you all,
Some of you probably have notice that I haven't been  posting very much. I been alittle busy with afew projects and one new one that is in the works  right now. Provideing I can get a decent computer that isn't a vista to use. I have a vista one here and it's junk I say, the dam rendering stuff doesn't render like it should, what they show you in the small render  window and the footage itself is two different things LOL. The footage is blurry and freezes up in spots and jumps where as the preview window shows nice and good working stuff LOL. On tope of that the key board is falling apart now and half the decals on the buttons has came off! This computer is only a rental one thank god.  My old Windows XP would have blown this thing out of the water long time ago if that pc hadn't went to the grave in the sky from doing a update one  :brickwall: by itself and installing something. I couldn't even get the town to respond to me after that either  :o. I couldn't even get the windows lago screen   :o :o . So I had to with this pc for the time being. I should have known when I seen it was a vista to turn and run LOL as me and vistas doesn't get along very well. The last one I had was from RAC and  :smilielol: had to have them come out with a afew loaners not once BUT twise! They both kapt acting up and the C drive would up and vanish on it's own. The last time the poor young man didn't get maybe 1 mile from the house I had to call him back as the C drive vanish just after he had left and all I did was just turn the pc on. This was on the first rime. He couldn't belive it either as herebooted the pc to factory and then checkand it was there and then when he restarted the pc it was gone  on him so I got a 2nd loaner. The 2nd time out he bought a buddy out with him (a follow co-worker) and the 2nd pc did the same thing and this time the co-worker was here and seen what me and his buddy was talking about as it did it in front of him to with the other one! :smilielol:

Now this pc is fromanother place and I have different issues, a rendering issue  :o :shruggy:  . And it's a Vista to! Please just give me a dang Xp as I know they work right!

I been trying to get ready to post some progress photos to of the model builds and don't even have time because of the way this pc is acting recently.

Are all the PC's you are having problems with rentals?

Maybe they are just refurbished and some components are not Vista Compatible. Maybe the program you are using is not completley Vista compatible either. I have had Vista for well over a year now with no problems as I made sure all the hardware and software was Vista compatible. If 1 component is not, it can give you all sorts of issues
Make it idiot proof, and somebody will make a better idiot!

Yea, just the rentals that are vistas is. The other format ones didn't do this.

The software program is for Vista as well. I think it might very well be the render as it's like a hit and miss shot right now. One minute it will render good and the next blurry and in some shaking and jumping around  :o . The stuff as it shows when doing the render is all crystal clear but in play back it's not though.  :shruggy:

Each Vista I have had gave me problems with. The place I'm going through right now doesn't have anything else besides Vista though as I know of which is sad. How I know is I asked them already if this had anything else that wasn't Vista related and they said no.

I used to prefer windows XP, but now that I have Windows 7, I'm sold on 7. It's a lot better then Vista and XP together. :Twocents:
