I would like to know if there was ever a 440 6 Pack option for the 69 Charger RT SE ?????  Or were they dealer installed option only ??

No,
but I wouldn't be suprised that  dealers intalled them to help make a sale

None. The sixpack option code for Chargers started in 1970.
