I am looking to buy a 1970 Dodge Charger here in my town is has a number matching 318 2bbl that has been rebuilt about 1 month ago and runs very strong. Needs some body work but the Grill is in great shape. The guy that has it for sale said make him an offer. I don't want to overpay but I also don't want to offend him. What is a fair price that I should offer him?
