1971 Charger R/T

I am getting ready to paint the R/T insert top and bottom parts

Does anyone know the paint code...or sheen of black the top and bottom should be?

And I have seen many pictures where the bottom tray has RED painted on the exposed areas so you can see thru the top louvers...
Which is correct?.......red?.......all black?
