Anyone using a "Z gate shifter"?

I'm looking at aftermarket shifters and all I know for sure is I don't want a "ratchet type" (too much click click clicking for a daily driver). Since Hurst Dual Gate's seem to be scarce and overpriced I was looking for something else. The action on a Z gate sounds similar to factory console action, anybody who is/has used/using one give me some feed back? Suggestions or recommendations?  Thanks! Neal (I ditched the console and cut the brackets out for Kelly's Greenlizard, my old shifter is getting tired)
