Best way to clean window trim for front and back windows

Ok guys, what's the best chemical to clean all the old crap that is on molding for the front and back windows?  It's a crappy job and I need to get it done!  I need to get this done ASAP and get it on the car.   Suggestions??? :cheers:

Paint thinners to soften up the sealer then a scraper.....
