I've seen one of these running naround my area for years. I always thought it was a custom. Then I saw one on another website. Did dodge actually produce a little red express dakota?

I asked the same thing a few weeks back. They are made by an aftermarket company. Very few were made.

It was an aftermarket kit that was supposed to be available to dealers as far as I recall. I have a sales photo from a dealership somewhere, & the old Mopar magazine "MoPerformance" had a bunch of info on it. They even had a display at the Mopar shows they went to next to the subscription sign up table. Fake chrome stacks with the stock exhaust underneath made it look more like a wanna be toy, than a nice truck, but I did like the idea. I also believe the bed was fiberglass.
