So is that breaking news? Forbes isn't exactly setting investigative journalism on fire with that story. :rotz:

I am Cleveland born and raised. That's why I have lived 3000 miles away since 1971. :icon_smile_cool:

For a minute I was worried Gary Indiana was not going to make the list.  It barley made it in at 19.  I think Gary at least deserved to be in the top ten though.  Detroit and Flint I feel should have been 1 and 2.  I travel to both of those cities frequently, and both are absolute sh!tholes.   Surprised Memphis made the list though.

Stockton, Modesto and Sacramento are on the list.   LOL

Sacramento is miserable place to live because our basketball team sucks?  LOL
I think I can think of better reasons than that like.....  Traffic & rude people.

I work in the 4th most miserable city and go to school in the 5th.... I'm going to need some pills to deal with this misery.

I would have put Detroit first followed by Buffalo and Miami and then Cleveland. I'm surprised to see Akron and Canton on the list. Memphis doesn't surprise me and I thought it would be higher on the list.

I knew this girl one time who had lived in Memphis.  She said she knew she had been there too long when her waitress friend didn't even flinch at an attempted mugging.  Her friend got stuck up at gunpoint and just told the mugger "Fuck you, I worked too hard for this tip money!  Get that gun outta my face, I'm not giving you shit!"

I guess including Dayton Ohio would have been an Ohio overload. If I wasn't lucky enough to have a decent job we would be one of the many that left the state.
