how much POR 15 & dynomat for the interior & trunk?!?!? =)

how much sealer (POR 15??) would i need to do the interior & the trunk also....
AND also what sound/heat deadener (dynomat??) should i scope out?!?!? and how much of that also for the interior & trunk would i need?!?!? anyone??? lol  ohhhh yea and where do you guys recommend i get them from?!?!?

For my interior and trunk (I did not do the roof though) it took me almost 2 boxes of dynamat. I had about 3 sheets left over that I am planning to do the doors with. I bought them from amazon for about $125 a box.
