One of the mopar dealers  in quebec.

you'll have to copy the whole string and paste it in, clicking on it will not bring you to the ad as it didn't take the whole link for some reason.

selling a 69 charger says in the ad its a 318 car but he can sell you #'s for a 440 RT to go with it. Same guy had a 68-69 hemi road runner for sale for $9K on the same site a year ago. There were no pics, but I heard from a local guy the car consisted of a box with the VIN,fender tag, body #'s and registration.:o

Here is his website

http://www.71sg.com/

thats his 71 cuda on the homepage.

I mean anyone with a real love for muscle cars would rather a 318 than a fake. I'm sure this happens everyday, but wouldn't you think that providing illegal serial numbers would be something you'd maybe NOT want to put in an ad   :pity:  I mean damn I'd think he'd only propose this in person. :RantExplode:

I've heard of that guy before. I remember viewing his junkyard pictures and seeing a pretty toast '71 GTX sitting in the mud along with a bunch of other really cool cars. He sells fender tags on Ebay and has a private site where he sells buildsheets for like $100-$500.

Is that where that Hemi Cuda convertible came from a few years ago?  (the one that was at first being hailed as the last undiscovered one and then found to be a fake)

SG1022

That charger even has a bunch of snow in the inside of the car.

I looked at his website and he is selling old repro chrysler stamps.  Noooo this part isn't from an 80s junker, it's an original 70 challenger piece!!

charger_fan_4ever

He had a scrapyard full of cars, but ended up bailing the cars years ago. I believe the town forced him into getting rid of them.

I remember seeing on cars in barns years ago a 70 hemi cuda comming out of a barn in quebec. Don't think he had anything to do with it. Was supposedly some hermit up in northern quebec.

C500

I bought a 500 emblem off him on ebay a couple of weeks ago. He was listing several buildsheets then too.
"An aggressive exterior with power to match was enough to pull in the performance boys-especially when abetted by a pair of pipes blaring out the back, and brawny red-sidewall rubber hitting the pavement."

"........the four speed box changes cogs with the precision of a sharp axe striking soft pine."
