front sway bar hits oil filter

When lifting the front of my 73 for an oil change,and the suspension unloads, the sway bar rotates up into the oil filter. I noticed the mounts for the bushings are loosened up at the K member, but tighening them just compounds the problem more.
I can see the "dough-nut" bushing up inside the K member with a 1/4" gap. Am I missing a part or do I have the wrong mount?

I'm sure with this flopping around the sway bar is not doing its proper job. Any thoughts or ideas?
