I always managed to get my photos uploaded when I wanted, but it was a hassle resizing or compressing them with paint or whatever to get them up, and I was never satisfied. I didn't see any threads on the site, so I went hunting and found PhotoScape freeware editing software for windows (I'm using Windows 7)

http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/index.php

It took about ten minutes to download, install and figure out how to resize and compress my entire Charger photo folder and save it to a new Web photo folder. This software allows you to select one or as many photos as you like, adjust the size and quality and apply it to the entire batch, saving the new photos to a different folder.

How cool is that? Now I can put up photos of my restoration without picking and choosing, and they're all the same size!
