No! that was your Elton John collection for $200.00 . I purchased the Eagles DVD @ Sams wholesale club for a truley remarkable price of $19.88. A true value indeed. That's less than your last hand job.

It's just that The Eagles are kind of the front-runners when it comes to milking the past for all it's worth IMO. They came to town years back and I really wanted to go until I found out the tickets were selling for $100+. At that point I pretty much figured out their game. You can kind of assume at that point they aren't really in it for the music.

Why can't they just go away for good?

I saw the Eagles in San Jose, CA about a month or so ago and they were amazing!!! The live performance was well worth the money (I paid $150 for each ticket, one for me and one for my girlfiend) because we sat 2nd row on the side. Now if she would only do the same for me when the Beastie Boys go on tour again!

For that much money I'd expect a lot more than just music.

Is this the first farewell tour or the second or third farewell tour? I think I'll wait till the " Glen Frye is on a stretcher and is on life support and Joe Walsh needs a liver transplant final tour tour DVD........

I took the ex to see Don Henley about 15 years ago almost...    that was enough.    Never saw the Eagles,  don't want to.  Don't want a T shirt either.

Saw Joe Walsh a long time back when he opened for Foreigner or something.    He's got a couple good tunes from back then but I don't want his T shirt either.
