hmmm im really statring to lean to going b5 when its time on my 70... but i already painted the engine bay black... that was tedius and dont wanna really do it again... would it look to bad? opinions please
Restoring a charger is like a saying I heard along time ago "I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it".... Jesus I wish I could remember who said that...

It wouldn't look the best. Some people do it so it would be a matter of opinion....but only yours counts  :2thumbs:

Another '70 is being superbly brought back.  Dennis, I envy you doing all the work yourself.  I always had plans to do one from the ground up.  The engine bay restorations' I've done I really enjoyed & planned on taking it one step further.  Sucks that life got in the way.

I love the blue, of course that's prolly obvious.

The night I sold/traded it.

I recall mine has 2 round cut outs (maybe 3" dia) in the back panel of each headlight door, but they're covered up by the plastic "grille"  Wonder if dodge's intent was to have shine through doors in case the door motor failed.

They made the right choice...Solid looks better IMO, and there's the manual knob on the motor for backup.

So you do really own a red R/T SE?  Where were those when I lined you up for Charger of the Month @ the Registry?   ;)

Nice ride.  :2thumbs:

Yes, I do. I have had it almost 20 years now & it is still unrestored. Showing 149,000 on it now. Hopefully, once some of the other projects are done someday I will restore it. This one has always been my driver while I work/play with something else. Mine was the Charger of the month once on the 70' Charger registry.
