Ok guys, sorry for the delay here... There's a new addition to the stable. There's a great story behind this truck, but to sum it up in one sentence the guy that owns this now is super cool, and this truck has been in his family since new... His dream is to restore it to like-new condition. It'll be heading back to his place for a while so he can get a few things in order, and stock pile the next round of parts.

This was just a quickie spray...But has some really cool features, like a hood that you can pivot and open from EITHER SIDE!!

A bit more's been done since my last visit:

And the Caddy is REALLY starting to come together. The more I see of this the more I'm loving it!!

One of Chuck's latest creations.. This, he created from two damaged valve covers. He has some plans for this one, but the base has been put down..

And finally, my baby is there getting wet sanded & buffed.. It'll be going in for it's long winter's nap soon!!

There will be plenty more to come.. I was going to swing into Tube Chassis Designz this weekend because Jon's got some cool stuff going on, so that'll be part of next week's update!! Enjoy!!

Got this while at Chuck & Blair's shop today... This is Blair's personal car... '73 Challenger.. 318 car, but only 40k original on it.. The car is awesome, in person... I love it. On the lift over it is a Belvedere that was once a 4 door, converted to two, and is quickly becoming the next altered wheelbase project.. Plenty more pics where that came from..

More coming....

Wow, thanks!! I know people are checking it out, but knowing that people are ENJOYING it makes it worth every trip.. It takes me almost an hour to get to this shop each weekend.. I do it because I LOVE the place... I have seen some of the coolest stuff in the past two years.. but more than anything, I've made some great friends... THIS is the reason that I don't regret all the BS that came down the shaft and hit me during the General's build...

TUFCAT

Jeff, I think I speak for us all when I say - - we GREATLY appreciate it!  ....an I'd be seriously bummed out if you stopped posting Chuck & Blair's cool stuff :yesnod:

Ok guys -- Between sickness and holidays, I haven't made it down to the Batcave as much as I'd like.. But I DID make it there this weekend..

Check this out.. This tank is 100% custom painted by Chuck, and when I say these pictures don't do it justice, I mean it.. This thing is amazing...

And here's a cool action shot from out back where the boys were having some fun!!

More coming...

Ok, let me open up this week's pictures with a counterfeit missing link that Chuck created.

How about this really cool shot of a busted up window on a '53 Caddy...

The Auburn is really coming along... Frame painted.. Blocking out primer... Looking smooth!!

And check out these masterful welds!!!

And this beast... A '38 Ford. 572CI BB. You've seen it here before, but this thing is awesome.

This Vette used to be mine... A buddy bought it and let his son beat the bag out of it. It's now in for a make-over. It's going to be Black with crazy Green flake.. It'll look awesome!

Check out this helmet!! Chuck made his own Ed Roth surfer hat out of fiberglass pulled from his German Helmet (as a mold). This thing will be great when it's done!

The Olympic Torch!! This antique torch is going to be the next spokesmodel on www.krazyflake.com --- keep an eye open!

The pro-touring Camaro project is rolling right along!

Mr E at Tube Chassis raised the tunnel for the Escalade motor/tranny combo. This car is going to be sitting nice and low, so it needs all the room it can get!

That's cleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeean work right there!

Till next time!!!!!!!

what kind of wheels are those on that camaro ?  Fikse ?

That's a C4 Corvette... They are stock C6 rims. Not my favorite style wheel....

jb666

Ok guys, once again, I have slacked off a bit. But alas, I DO have some pictures to show you, and I WILL be there this Saturday, rain or shine!!!!!!!!!!!

The Camaro is on it's chassis (for now).. This thing is gonna be BADASS!!!!!!!!!! The rear spoiler is just resting there, so if it looks a bit off, it is.

Check out Chuck's slightly altered mask!

And the rest of the shop...

Stay tuned!!!!
