dead head

Rebuilding the 383 turned up a bad head and now I am looking at replacing them. Searching the forum turned up a lot of positive comments about the Edelbrock RPM heads. I have an Edelbrock RPM manifold with a 750 Holley and had a Comp 21-233-4 for it with the old heads. Should I look at a cam change if I buy the Eddy heads? Have TTI headers coming for it and was building a fast street engine using the origional 68 motor, which I have a few pieces less than before now...
