Can anyone tell me the application for this carb?  # R4041882.  It's a reman that, according to the box, shipped to the dealer in July of 86.

It's been in the barn for maybe 20 years and the shrink wrap has be broken 10 or 15 years? .  Any chance that it would be functional out of the box?  Or is it just a good core?

Assuming it has no place on a 2nd Gen, I would like to find it a good home, but I don't know if I should post it on DC.com or "Ram.com", "Cordoba.com" or "80's4DoorDiplomat.com".

Any help from the DC.com carb experts would be greatly appreciated.
