Shiftindicator light

I pressume that the light for the shiftindicator on the tunnelconsole (aut) needs a groundcable. I have one black wire that I suppose are the one for ground there, I connected it to the consolebracket. Whould that be a right assumption? It's from the consoleharness so I don't believe there
is any other options then ground for a black cable there? I checked in the shopmanual but couldn't find it back.

There is no ground wire the light socket is the ground when mounted

Nope, the light housing is plastic, so it doesn't ground.
Yes Per, just ground it to the console brackets.

Thought so, Thanks. :2thumbs: Normally I mark all wire by disassmbly but it must have fallen off.

sorry i thought it was a single lead .

Its not the lead for the 68 only neutral safety switch mounted to the shifter is it?
