How to remove STRIPE off my Charger.........

Only one style for a 69 Curtis.... R/T cutout


I guess I'm thinking of 70 then.  So the 69s either got the R/T cutout stripe or the emblem?


Yep  ...however, Doug's car has the emblems (originally a stripe delete car) so I'm guessing he's going with the '70-style plain stripe and keeping the emblems like he had before with the white stripe

Im kinda stuck with the stripe/emblem thing...

The car IS a "stripe delte" car,,,,,,so,,it has two holes on each side for the emblems...........

previously i had to "cover" them up,,,,hence putting the emblems OVER the stripe,,,( not correct,,,,and i like the stripe by itself as well,,,without the stripe + emblem ),,,,but no way to hide the holes,,,prevent water entrance,,etc,,,,,

Eventually,,,,the whole car will come apart,,,,,sent out for body and paint,,,,and will have to decide what to do,,,,

For now,,,i wanted a color change with the stripe,,,,,

might be able to get the "stripe" delete look,,,,,( with the matte black stripe ),,,and the emblems..........

we'll see,,,,,,stripe is going on today...............

Maybe you can plug the holes temporarily and go with the stripe alone until you tear it down. You probably don't do much poor-weather driving do you? And I can't imagine those emblems keep much moisture out anyway.

Well,,,,,,,

It's installed and ON the car.... ...... turned out well..........

I do have a few small bubbles to deal with,,,, ,,,,,, i was going to leave it alone for a few days,,,,and see if it evaporates out.....

It looks STEALTH-ish.........  

I think i am going to like it.....
