Head Gasket Question

I have the blue FelPro PermaTorque head gaskets on my 440 stroker.  I broke the cam in this weekend and I may have to pull my hughes 1-piece valley plate to re-seal (it was leaking like crazy).

The engine only has about 30 minutes on it so if I have to loosen the heads - Do I need to use new gaskets?

Thanks
