I finally got around to uploading this, a video from our missle shoot down at Tyndall AFB last year. If you make it all the way to the end of the clip, I'm the guy very front rt. side

those 4 planes could rule the air over 98% of the countries in the world (ok.. well i dont know, but it sounded darn good!).  thanks for the vid.. man those planes rock!  do they take payments? I want one :D

Almost as amazing as the planes is how many are being mothballed.

This was sent to me in an email that someone was ragging on the amount of money sitting there:

I was stationed down at D-M in the early 90's.  That boneyard is pretty damn cool, supposedly the aircraft are well preserved and they can be ready for duty in 48-72 hours or something like that.

That is the case.  They can be readied within a few days.   Never been in it, but you always drive by it along certain roads.  My brother-in-law spotted one place from the carrier group he served on.

those boneyard pics must be old, there are tomcats in them...... they are all cut up and gone with the exception of a few in museums.



i wish i could get some videos of my toys at work....... its a shame they are all classified.  no camera's at my place.
