All I can ever find on the alleged publishers website is an excerpt.  Has nayone actually seen a full copy of this book?

Nope.  Last time I asked Terry Nichels about it he didn't seem to have much hope we'd ever see it.

This really stinks.  Either the book was reeeeeeeeeeally close to being done or it wasn't. 

I almost forgot about it.  Sad.

Is it completed and hung up in red tape or just an unfinished idea that never got it's due?
