yup, them Elkies are hella popular ever take a look to see how many hits that Elkei thread has?..  :shruggy:

not sure, i am just liking the fact that the car looks extremely original, in great shape, and could easily be entered into car shows without fear of someone scratching a $5000 paint job.. for $750, a car in that good of shape is a definite plus.

That does seem like a good price. I always liked the El Caminos, but just not enough to go buy one. That body style though, 1973 & up, was much nicer on the El Camino than the Chevelles. The ones I really like in that body, are the square headlight years, '76 & '77 I think.

I'd love to have an El Camino, just not that year though. I'd like to have a 59, 60, 68,69, or 70.

Ah yes, the El Capieco. An answer to a question that has never been asked. The sheet-metal equivalent to the mullet. A perfect example of what I call a "transgendered automobile."

Hey, Elkys are cool. You can drive a muscle car AND pick up lumber at Lowe's.

How about one of the GMC versions for a rare one?

I saw this episode a while back & can't imagine where you'd find all the trim for it.
