How do I know what kind of fuel pressure regulator I have (or a replacement) ?

The one on my blown 383 is a Holley. That's all I know.  How can I tell it's PSI rating?  I'll take pictures of it and post it if I need to.

I found this one guy that's selling one rated at 1-4PSI, but for some reason I dont think that's enough

My car is a blown 383
4 barrel carbs (750 cfm Carters)  its over carb'd
I also have an electric fuel  pump (it pumps fuel out of my regulator like crazy)

My fuel pressure regulator is cracked now (shooting fuel in front of my own eyes while driving) , so that's why Im looking for a replacement.

Let me know if its enough info...

pressure regulators are traditionally seen on fuel injection systems, for a carb typically between 5 and 20 psi is more than enough, and flow is most important.
