The calipers might be sticking (rust around the seals) Maybe?

Just a Thought..

I've seen the inside of the flexible lines swell up if they are very old, mostly on old British cars though.  :scratchchin:

all stuff from booster up to cilinders, except hard lines and caliper hard parts have been replaced/rebuilt in last 4 years ( inlcuding caliper seals and dust boot ).

Of course Calipers are not AWESOME PERFECT, pistons were with some minor bites or dents, and caliper is a little bit rusted on outer lip ( after the dust boot groove ), but there is no reason to get worse by magic on regular use.

Noticed last time I replaced the front brake pads driver side caliper WAS HARD TO PUSH to get the gap to remove the assembly. AND WAS HARD TO REINSTALL again with the new pads since I couldn't push it completelly.

another reading... quite often when pressing brake pedal, cluster light come on... maybe is because the remaining pressure on system, moving the differentiual pressure piston on dist block.

what do you think guys ?

or... what doi you think about a STUCK/CLOGGED proportioning valve section on dist block ( just the prop valve section )

replaced caliper seals and clenaing, bleed, and everything did look fine nice but I think at the end, arriving home, began to feel some stuck

Valve is a PAIN to take out and re install!  :eek2: Have you tried opening the bleeder and having someone push down on the brake peddle to see if it flows real good?

RD

brake hoses will collapse though they will show no sign of such.  when they do this, they will not properly allow for a release in pressure after letting off of the brake pedal, hence your caliper will continue to engage until the excess brake fluid is slowly bled away.
