2nd line from the bottom, first code on the left - W1 is the color.  I will give you one guess what color that is, but also let you decifer it for the fun of it.  The decoder gives you the description for what the code applies to, the paint codes page will give you the color.

Nice project!  :yesnod:

 Good choice. It could be the original paint (at least where it's still white), from the looks of it.

69 Bama R/T, welcome to the forum.

Strange how the tail panel is rusted up & the rest of the car looks really, really clean.  Even if the tail panel isn't the worst of it, that was a smokin' deal.  :punkrocka:   Seller say anything about the drivetrain being #'s matching?

Yea that tail light panel blows my mind. The seller told me the motor/tranny wasn't #s matching and the guy he bought it from 19years ago pulled the originals out to rebuild and said when your done restoring it come back and I'll sell it to you. He never restored the car and it sat in his barn for 18 years thats when he sold his land and my car sat were I found it.He gave me directions, I found the place he described and a elderly lady answer the door. She said her husband passed away about 1yr ago and wasn't ready to sell anything. She remembered my charger.

thank you all guys nice to find you, it may looks good but it has big rust problems in the roof (thank you vinyl top) and floor panels
front and back are like the flinstones car  :P
the car havent got the original engine (318) becauce the first owner replaced it with a v6 from a ford  for economy reasons  :icon_smile_dissapprove: you know its very very hard to restore an american muscle here in Greece,
all the parts must be imported from america, so this doubles the cost and nobody have really experience in this cars.... my plans is to put back a v8 engine probably 318 and go with the stock type of rebuilt as its possible.
I hope to have your help in this  :icon_smile_big:

greenpigs

First thing is try and find someone who repairs car bodies using metal not filler, that will solve a big part of the location issue.

Next don't buy anything till you get several replies of that's what you NEED to have.

Then depending on what your budget is figure out what you must HAVE to finish the Charger & just want because you like it.

Also don't throw anything away you take off the car, as you never know if it is easily replaced. The exception being rusty sheetmetal

Thanks. Memory is pretty vague on the brown car. 318. I think someone used it for parts.
This was back in the late 80s. There's another one in background in a couple of shots.
