 When People make a clone Superbird or Daytona do they use a real nose and wing or make one? Also, if they make one how do they do it?

and that's not a problem.  there are tons of threads dealing with the subject--go through the first couple pages and you'll see it's a lengthy and fairly complicated procedure.

There's lots of good info on this board, especially the "Aero Cars" section. If you have the time to look through some of the older stuff, I'm sure you can find lots of info and pictures.

But a quick answer to your original question is most people buy a reproduction cone, either steel of fiberglass. I think a few people have actually made their own.
