Engine stalling in drive

I'm trying to debug a stalling problem with my new 360 engine. It ran nice and strong for a few months but has now aquired a stalling problem in drive. It will idle ok in park and neutral but as soon as you put it into drive it dies. It's gotten progressively worse too.

Is this going to be a carb adjustment type of problem or maybe a vacuum problem? I believe the problem started shortly after I upgraded the rear brakes to disc. It is running without a vacuum advance.

This is a 69 Charger with 360
