My blue Holley electric fuel pump is leaking, when the pump is off it's ok, but when it's running I see drips from the 5 screws heads that hold the bottom plate on, any experts out there on how to fix this?

There is a gasket there. If you tried tightning the screws and it still leaks you need to look at the gasket. Maybe they sell that gasket seperate if not the repair kit comes with one. You may be able to put some sealer on the old gasket if isnt too bad.
