Yes, Layson's has them. We had a group buy a while back. They are not exact reproduction (biggest visible difference is the key) but they work.

The lock actually fits inside the filler tube beneath the pop-top FUEL cap.  Pretty clever idea of the factory. 

I've had one for 10+ years and it's great.
