Hi, I was going through some old parts and came acroos a carb that came off a 66 dodge monaco, 383 2bbl car. I know the carb worked well at the time as I drove the car although 15 years ago.My 67 newports 383 2bbl carb is over it and thought to put this on. Looking at the side its stamped Bendix, I figured it would be a Carter?? Any ideas about Bendix carbs? Is it just stamped for some reman type of thing?I'm pretty sure this is the carb from the monaco but its been years, any advice before I mess with this thing? Sprayed it down now to get more numbers from it. Thanks.

Its a stromberg, any advice or concerns on the swap? I think it has a carter currently, let me know and thanks!
