Weight of a stripped down '68?

Im going to be bringing home my new project car. It is a '68 charger in decent shape and I am planning on towing it home with my 96 dakota with a car dolly. The rear axle of the car is decent so Ill check it to make sure it has fluid in it and the front suspension is solid. My truck had a ford 9 inch rear axle and a 5.7 Hemi motor so I dont think it will have a hard time bringing it home but I know stopping will not be my strong suit. Im just curious tho if anyone knows what a '68 charger weighs stripped down? It is only the body minus the trunk pan with the front and rear suspension still on it. I read that they are about 3700 complete, Im guessing 2000# or so the way it sits. Keep in mind that I will have everything out of the car when I tow it home so all I am dealing with then is the car itself. Here are a few pics to show off my dream car...

Maybe 1200-1400 pounds for the unibody in that form.  Maybe 300 or 400 pounds at each end of the stock suspension.  Just guessing though.
