Cripes!!!!
The other day I drove through the local Dodge lot, and saw this..."Demon". OMG!!!
Will Chrysler not do ANYTHING to sell new Chargers?
No word of a lie, there were - all together one one lot, in a row: Two Charger "Demons", two Charger "Superbees", and Two Charger "Rumble Bees"!
Is nothing beyond their tape stripe obsessions?

I drove back last night to take these pics. The Rumble Bees were sold (or buzzed off), one of the Super Bees was in the showroom - (gag!), and the two Demons were "possessing" the lot outside.

I should expect this from a dealership that puts Ford-style skunk stripes on all of it's Challengers. :rotz:

They took a base model SXT charger and did that?  At least they could have done was change the wheels. but i guess spray painting the factory crappers is just as good...... :icon_smile_dissapprove:

That concept is only slightly less retarded than it looks. I hope they eventually run out of classic names to dredge up and stick on this gawdy POS of a car. This only advances the point that the company doesn't give a rat's A$$ about the car's heritage, or for that matter the heritage of any name once used by Dodge and Plymouth. Maybe they should think outside the box and do a Mr. Coffee version, or Tang, or maybe Radio Flyer. Shameless pukes. :rotz:

Nothing sacred when it comes to marketing cars.

Can't wait for the Charger GTX, the Charger Road Runner, the Charger Cuda, the Charger Duster, and the Charger Scat Pack to come out.  I'm sure by 2011 they will have worked their way through all of those and more.

Ghoste

Is it too soon for the Charger Aspen RT or the Charger Li' Red?  Maybe a Charger Magnum GT or a Charger Challenger.  Oh wait, they have those last two already.

I imagine that on the LX forums there are just as many or more people running us down.  Maybe not, whatever.

Has to be something that particular dealership threw together. I remember seeing a Plymouth Sundance on the lot dressed as a Roadrunner with a Charger 2.2 callout on the hood.

Bingo! I'm certain that's what it is.

I certainly HOPE that's what it is!

Is that for real?? That's brand new??? Pretty sad they are re-using that name, even worse they are dropping it on a 6 cylinder...  :shruggy:
