fan shroud install

I bought this for my 70 383 charger

is there any issue with putting it on 180 degrees from the pic if you were looking at it from in the car? It lines up with the bolts fine...also, have to remove the fan to get it on but the bolts hit the radiator before coming all the way out...remove radiator? thanks and sorry for being such a tard
