hey guys .....since im semi -computer retarded, how do i put  an avatar on my posts?

First up, click the PROFILE tab under the search bar.

Then click the Forum Profile Information tab on the left side options bar.

It'll then ask you if you want to browse for one on your computer, or link to one offsite.
