I can't get my new Milodon oilpump pickup to fit in the threads, looks to be the wrong threadsize. Anybody experienced that or do I have another
problem? Can't imagine that the threads got damaged by removing the old one? :scratchchin:

That seems odd....are the threads in the block clean ? Maybe chase them out with a tap ? The block and pickup should both be 3/8 NPT unless you ordered the large 1/2in (Hemi) pickup.

What's the pn on your Milodon part ? Was the block drilled/tapped for the 1/2in pickup upgrade ?
