timing issue

Trying to figure out what the timing should be on a 69 440. Previous owner said it was bored 30 over and has a mild cam . That all I know about the engine except it has a  electronic ignition edelbrock intake and I just put on a new edelbrock 750cfm carb. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I bought a timing light back in 1973 and used it a few times. Finally threw it away. Since then I always set them by ear because I can make them run better.
