Hi,
I am trying to replace my stock valve covers with Mopar cast aluminum ones. The cover on the driver side went on without hassle. However I find it impossible to install the one on the passenger side. I have a 68 Charger, 383 with stock exhaust manifold. It's this  :flame: exhaust manifold that makes it impossible. Is there a way to put on the cast aluminum valve cover without having to remove the exhaust manifold on the passenger side?
Any help would be greatly appreciated and most welcome.  :shruggy:

It's impossible for me to put the cover on the cylinder head with the studs already threaded in. The manifold is in the way. Did you thread the studs in AFTER you positioned the cover on the cylinder head? Could this be the solution?
