I worked in the International Students admission office for a few years back here in the local community college and ran across stories like that.. Student's with a F1 student visa would hook up with an American , get married and then apply and get their green cards....... On more than one occasion, the "dumped" American would come into the office wanting us to call Immigration and deport them... Well,,, even though they had all my sympathies, there was nothing that could be done....  Live and learn...........

Of course now she can just sneak across our southern border pop out a kid just this side of the fence and well la instant american citizen with full social benefits paid for by the American taxpayer



forgot one thing, she'll have to go back unless someone marries her, but kid can stay with father since he's "american" since he was born in US

If your child is an American citizen, you can stay as long as you want.
