What was the biggest wheels the 1968 Chargers came with? I also need that dimension translated to radial dimension. My 383 Charger is listed with 195/75-R14. You could get 15" rims, right?

Only Hemi equipped cars had 15" wheels.  Stock tire size on an R/T was F70/14.  I'm not sure what that relates to with todays numbers, but somebody will chime in with that info.   Bob

Thanks. Anyone else? I would like to know the stock tire dimension for the 15" Hemi wheels. And translated to modern dimensions too. Eventually diameter only. Were those 6" rims?

The '68 Hemi cars came with 15X6.0" wheels and F70X15 tires which had a cross section of 8.3" and a diameter of 26.9".

The modern 215/70RX15 has a cross section of 8.7" and a diameter of 26.9".
Of course, dimensions will vary with the manufacturer.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
