How much longer pefore the poster becomes available ?

When there  is enough cars on it to make it look half decent.

would be cool on a "T" Shirt.

I can pass off the file to any shirt printer that wants to have a go at it.

Don't make the poster without mine. I will have the car out tomorrow and will post a couple pics to choose from tomorrow night.

Call me a purist but I'm a little bummed that it's not going to be all Chargers. What happened to the turnout this time?

I don't think it's ever been all Chargers.

Yea, the '06 version (as seen on pg. 2 of this thread) is all Chargers as near as I can tell. :shruggy: I've got one in my garage.

Which reminds me, 6pkrunner, do you still have any '07 posters?

Just a question but is there a limit to how many cars get on from each member? I noticed Jeremy submitted a few and only the '74 Gold Duster got on. I know I have two on there but I'm still wondering when the Coronet will be added. :shruggy: :popcrn:

Hard one to answer. Its  board members poster not a Charger poster. So more than Chargers only qualify. But let's be a bit realistic in how many each member can put on. I think (thought) that some that originally had multiples were from families of multiple people/multiple cars. I may be wrong - and more than likely am. However, isn't one car representing yourself really enough? I thought the idea is that the board members are represented - not each one of their vehicles - those are just an extension of the person. I've currently got 7 Mopars but only am putting on one image. Its all about the members, not numerical possessions. Someone with many vehicles requiring all fingers and toes to tally (and there's a few of those someones here) would be their own poster - not much point. Send me some high res pictures and I'll make individual posters for those that want to see their own fleet hanging on a wall - or individual car shots.

But if the masses want multiple entries per person - its a big democracy.

Tact - what a concept.

Not a problem at all. And I'll make you a deal. When its ready to roll, I can modify a version just for you and put on whatever cars you like - how's that? :icon_smile_big:

Same for C_stripes - custom one-offs if you want.

Nah, I'm good with the current one. Maybe one day when the Coronet is much nicer it'll make it one. The Charger and Duster are on there so I'm happy :2thumbs:

Steve is that a Tomato Red Z1 behind the Charger? Looks like it from the bend in the pipes and the instrument pods. If so sweet. Love the black engined '73s. The '74s up didn't have the same impact...for me anyway.

*EDIT - D'oH! Guess the - http://900z1.multiply.com/ - in your sig is a dead giveaway. Didn't notice that. And Holy Crap - a '72!!!!!!!!! Where in heck did you get that puppy? I don't know total production numbers for those - you got 'em?

Runner, that is an all original 73 Z1 behind my Charger, it is candy orange and root beer brown. The 72 production was about 2200 with preproduction bikes and test mules under 50. I purchased 72 Z1F01263 new and have owned 3 72 Z1s and several 73 Z1s. Total production with the black engine was around 20,000. I have located 2 test bikes number 11 and number 33. A friend has a collection of about 20 72 Z1s with vin numbers all under 250. I think the 72 or 73 Z1 is the best looking bike ever built & the 68 Charger is hands down the best looking automobile ever designed........

here is a pic from the late 70's of my 72 & 73 Kawasaki  Super Four Z1 900 Motorcycles.

Cheers,
Steve

......the 72 or 73 Z1 is the best looking bike .....

I had a CB750K1 when a buddy got the first '73 Z1 around here. There were a few Yoshimura 812s with the Daytona cam and Pops extractor, but the first drive on the Zedder was a real mindbender. Much like the first twist on a V-Max. Things one never forgets. There were never any '72 around here. Congrats!

Yeah I forgot to mention the 72 Z1 was bench built or totally blueprinted and balanced. They were running 8 to 12 horsepower more than the 73. Times on my 72 were consistently low 11's where as the 73 would run low 12's or high 11's in stock trim.

I enjoyed riding the 750 Hondas, as my family owns M&E HONDA in Bedford IN, that is until I rode my first Z1!!! I instantly became the blacksheep of the family.....
