Superbird VIN Decal on Door

On the VIN decal that is located on the driver side door of a Superbird, what should the date be?  The car I am restoring did not have this decal bcause it was removed at one point from a previous paint job.  The B5 car that I posted picture of not long ago had a date of 12/69 on the decal even though the fender tag  was Nov '69.

How do I know what should the date be on the car I am restoring?

Plus, I have seen the VIN spaced out like it is in the picture below.  And I have seen the VIN listed with no spaces and a different font.  Please help.  What is correct?  Thanks

I thought all 'Birds had a fender tag date of "B30"? (or something like that)

They do have a dummy/generic date of B30 on the fender tag.

Justin, what are the last six digits of the VIN again?

My decal is in similar format and spacing to the blue car, but my date is blank.    Just poor quality control on my car I guess.

The ship date on the Vin list is 11/28.     Does anyone out there have a Bird with 11/69 on the door?     I can only recall seeing them with 12/69 on the door decal.

Mine is 1077 on the shipping list, with a received date of 12/2 and a shipped date of 12/3...

My broadcast sheet has "B30"... so the question is whether that is a real scheduled production date, or a "dummy" SPD?  November 30th seems to fit the time frame based on the shipping dates, so I am guessing the SPD was actually 11/30/69...

Doug's comment about his B/C sheets being mid November seems to indicate the SPD on the Broadcast sheet was real (whether it was actually built on that day or not).

I checked 2 sheets - all B30 same as the tag. This was the SPD for all Birds. This of course means nothing. A12's had 2 SPD's 329 and 426 but were built well into June. The only way to sort of tell is the shipping list and the door vin label.

now, I haven't looked at the NASCAR list in a while, but is there a grouping of 100 or so cars like the A12's?

We have the 1st A12 (by VIN) at work and it's #1 of 100 cars with SO's set aside...
