Have you called AMD yet? I'm thinking it has nothing to do with the product, just the way it was shipped to Australia.

I agree, sounds like a shipping issue, not the product.

One day people will wake up & learn that you can't ship large heavy objects in a cardboard box.  ::)

I've seen the roof sections in person, they look MINT  :2thumbs:

Their sheet metal should fit and look like stock.

This must be a shipping issue :brickwall:

I have also seen there stuff (on a car of course but not painted...they look great.

That's a bummer. It's a long way to Australia so it stands to reason it got damaged in transit. Definitely call AMD ASAP and get a new one coming. Maybe there's a way someone state-side could crate it up for you so that doesn't happen again.

That blows, but I agree with the rest that this must be a shipping problem. I have all new AMD metal on my car and it was mint.. Then again, it wasn't going far.. Being shipped in a large (unprotected) cardboard box I could see how something could EASILY be damaged.

Of course it was shipping damage. They wouldn't send out a damaged piece.  It traveled a long way and that's a big part to be shoved in a cardboard box.  Contact AMD about it.

Yes, it did, but it's always a case of DID YOU SIGN FOR IT DAMAGED(?), because then it becomes another problem in itself...
