Need help from someone with GG White Books

My copy of Parts and Casting Numbers Volume One is blank on pages 13 and 45.  If there is someone who has this book and could scan those two pages and send them to me I would be ever so grateful.
I have been hoping to catch GG at a show in the hopes that he would exchange it but no such luck.
