Christmas has brought with some time to make some progress

Time to start reassembling the rear axle.

If anyone spots something not right, please say. Better now then when under the car.

Yes, i know the mounts are on upside down. Low is good yes???

No pinion snubber yet because ive lost the bolts that hold it on.

Just as soon as the brakes are done on the axle, i can start on the front.

Engine and gearbox will be stock (440 + 727)

Wheels will be 15 inch steels in body color. It had 14 rallyes originally, but i dont really like them.

Finshed off the axle today. Virtually everything is new!!!

With the axle done, i turned back to the front.

Turns out id forgotton to order new sway bar bushes 

finally got to fit my new brake shields. After spending hours on my old ones without much success, i found out that Roger Gibson was doing these. they are a very nice piece

then reassembled the discs with new bearings seals etc. Once fitted the runout was checked.
