How much power can they take?

I have a 69 383 block, standard bore, it was checked over and rebuilt with the factory pistons, new rings, bearings, fasteners etc. How much power can the block take? and the con rods? how about the crank?  Im used to the blue oval motors where the block is only good for 450 hp, 350 on the stock on rods etc... I am going to be using a mild comp cam (.477 intake  .480 exhaust 268/280 duration) ported factory 906 heads, roller rockers, edelbrock single plane aluminum intake, 150 shot NOS, 850 carb, long tube headers, electric fan.... I just want to be sure the stock rods, pistons, crank and block are good for the NOS im adding. Also, anyone got their magical horse power estimating crystal ball out for a power estimate?

Thanks all!

That the internals can take, or that motor will make? It has stock 10:1 compression.

The engine will be fine. That is a pretty mild build and as long as you do not lean her out the 150 shot of nitrous will not harm it.
