I just bought a tachometer (atm-2300) to my 69 charger, but what do I do when I have a MSD digital 6 box? I don't want to destroy anything:)

What do I do???

Ghoste

You'll likely need an MSD tach adaptor.

Nacho-RT74

some tachs needs the adapter, somes not.

For example, Autometer doesn't

MSD instructions states about brands needing adapters and what PN adapter does need ( if needed ) to each tach brand

And the list is MUUUUCH longer for the ones that need it.

Do I need a adapter when using AUTO GAUGE (atm 2300)????

Connection to the coil or straight to the msd???

Ghoste

Check here and they should have both a tach listing and a wiring diagram for you.
